Driver Text Message (SMS) Program Terms – Kween Cab LLC

1. Program Description

Kween Cab LLC’s Driver SMS program provides work-related notifications to drivers, such as shift opportunities, dispatch instructions, schedule updates, operational alerts, and other time-sensitive company communications.

2. Opt-in

Eligible drivers may opt in by texting the program enrollment keyword to Kween Cab LLC’s designated Orlando-area phone number. Enrollment instructions are provided through driver onboarding materials and/or private driver channels.

By opting in, you authorize Kween Cab LLC to send text messages to the mobile number used to enroll. Messages may be sent using an automated system.

3. Eligibility

You must be a current driver/contractor (or driver applicant, if applicable) and the authorized user of the mobile number enrolled.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on operational needs (for example, increased messaging during peak times, special events, weather, or service disruptions).

5. Fees

Message and data rates may apply.

6. Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation message. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages unless you re-enroll.

8. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

Kween Cab LLC uses your mobile number and messaging activity to operate this driver notification program and for related administrative purposes. We do not sell your mobile number or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may use service providers to deliver messages on our behalf. 10. Changes to the Program or Terms

Kween Cab LLC may modify or terminate the program or these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
