DALLAS PEDICAB ADVERTISING + SPONSORED RIDES

Three Big Dallas Crowds. One Very Useful Piece of Street Media.

Dallas is not one event district. Downtown conventions and arena traffic, the year-round trade business at Dallas Market Center, and the massive public-event calendar at Fair Park all create different reasons for brands to get out of the building and into the street.

Kween Cab builds pedicab advertising, sponsored rides, mobile OOH, street teams, and event activations around those moments when attendees, buyers, fans, and visitors are moving between the places they came to see.

THREE DALLAS FOOTPRINTS WORTH BUYING

Downtown + Market Center + Fair Park. Different Audiences. Different Campaigns.

Downtown Dallas is the convention-and-entertainment play: Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, hotels, restaurants, downtown events, Victory Park, and American Airlines Center all feed high-value visitor traffic into the core city.

Dallas Market Center is different. It is a five-million-square-foot B2B marketplace built around buyers, designers, retailers, manufacturers, showrooms, and recurring trade events. The audience is smaller than the State Fair and far more commercially concentrated.

Fair Park is the giant public-event play. More than five million visitors come to the 200-acre campus each year, with the State Fair of Texas, Cotton Bowl events, concerts, museums, festivals, and other large public programs creating major pedestrian surges.

The useful question is not “Where should we drive in Dallas?” It is “Which Dallas audience are you buying, and when are they moving?”

THE BIG DALLAS OPPORTUNITIES

This Market Has More Than One Kind of Crowd.

Dallas Market Center

Dallas Market Center is one of the most commercially interesting audiences in the city. Its five-million-square-foot campus serves nearly 200,000 customers from all 50 states and 85 countries through permanent showrooms and dozens of trade events each year.

Total Home & Gift Market, Lightovation, apparel and accessories markets, KidsWorld, WESA, AETA, Dallas Design Week, and other buying events bring retailers, designers, manufacturers, and sales teams into one very concentrated business environment. For the right exhibitor or sponsor, that can be more valuable than a much larger general-public crowd.

American Airlines Center + Victory Park

Dallas Mavericks games, Dallas Stars games, concerts, and major arena events create repeatable arrival and departure windows around Victory Park. Restaurants, hotels, garages, bars, and nearby entertainment give a branded pedicab somewhere useful to go before and after the event instead of simply circling the arena.

Fair Park + State Fair of Texas

Fair Park is one of the biggest recurring crowd environments in Dallas. More than five million visitors come to the campus annually, and the State Fair of Texas alone welcomed more than 2.02 million people in 2025 across its 24-day run.

That kind of duration matters. A 24-day event creates more than one campaign window: opening weekends, sponsor days, concerts, food-and-beverage programs, family traffic, corporate hospitality, and the daily movement in and out of the surrounding district.

Cotton Bowl Stadium + Red River Rivalry

Cotton Bowl Stadium holds more than 92,000 people and remains home to the annual Red River Rivalry between Texas and Oklahoma. On those giant college-football days, Fair Park becomes a very different media environment than the rest of the year: heavy fan traffic, tailgating, sponsor activity, and huge arrival and exit waves.

UPTOWN, LOWER GREENVILLE + CITY EVENTS

Not every Dallas campaign needs a convention badge or a game ticket. Uptown, Lower Greenville, downtown hospitality programs, restaurant districts, and citywide events can create smaller but highly targetable windows for mobile visibility, sponsored rides, and street-team work.

SPONSORED RIDES

Give the Brand a Job to Do.

Dallas gives attendees plenty of short trips that look manageable on a map and feel less appealing after a trade-show day, arena exit, market appointment, or several hours at Fair Park.

A sponsored ride turns that friction into brand value. The sponsor covers the trip. The attendee gets somewhere useful. The campaign becomes transportation, hospitality, and advertising at the same time.

MOBILE OOH

Move With the Audience Instead of Waiting for It.

Branded pedicabs can carry campaign creative through the streets surrounding Dallas convention, trade, sports, entertainment, and hospitality districts. Wraps, panels, wheel covers, driver apparel, QR codes, and other campaign elements turn the vehicle into a piece of media that can reposition as the crowd changes.

The objective is not to “cover Dallas.” It is to work the useful windows: convention release, market appointments, pre-game, post-game, State Fair traffic, hotel movement, hospitality events, and the blocks where the intended audience is already concentrated.

STREET TEAMS + SAMPLING

Put People Behind the Media.

Street teams can support the fleet with sampling, promotional distribution, QR engagement, ride pickup support, directional help, and event-specific messaging. Around Dallas Market Center or a convention, that can mean driving traffic toward an exhibitor or showroom. Around Fair Park or an arena event, it can mean turning a large public crowd into an actual interaction.

DALLAS EXPERIENCE

North Texas Is Not New Territory for Us.

Kween Cab’s North Texas operating history goes back to 2011, when the company began working Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers game traffic in the DFW market. Since then, Dallas work has shifted toward downtown events, convention business, and campaigns supported with trusted local operators.

That history is useful because Dallas is not one permanent route. The operating plan should change with the event, the district, the audience, access conditions, and the campaign objective.

PLANNING A DALLAS CAMPAIGN?

Tell Us Which Crowd You Want.

Send us the event, dates, audience, and objective. We can help determine whether the campaign belongs downtown, around KBHCCD, at Dallas Market Center, around American Airlines Center, at Fair Park, or across more than one footprint.

You do not need to know the fleet size, route, pickup plan, or whether the program should be advertising, sponsored rides, street teams, or a mix. That is part of what we are here to solve.
