CINCINNATI PEDICAB ADVERTISING + SPONSORED RIDES

A Compact Downtown With Very Big Crowds.

Cincinnati is unusually well suited to street-level media because so much of the city's event traffic stacks into one connected urban core. The riverfront, downtown convention district, The Banks, Over-the-Rhine, stadium traffic, hotels, restaurants, nightlife and Northern Kentucky all sit close enough that major event weekends create constant movement instead of one isolated crowd.

Kween Cab builds pedicab advertising, sponsored rides, mobile OOH, street teams and event activations around that movement - putting brands into the routes people are already using before, during and after the event.

WHY CINCINNATI WORKS

The City Is Dense Enough for the Media to Keep Moving.

Cincinnati's strongest event districts are close together, but not always close enough to make every trip painless on foot. That is where pedicabs become useful media instead of decoration. A branded vehicle can circulate through downtown, move guests between hotels and event zones, support sponsor hospitality, or connect the riverfront to entertainment districts without disappearing into highway traffic.

The Banks sits between Paycor Stadium and Great American Ball Park. Fountain Square, the downtown convention district and Over-the-Rhine extend the audience north. Across the river, Covington and Newport add hotels, restaurants, nightlife and event traffic of their own.

The opportunity is not one address. It is the movement between them.

THE BIG CINCINNATI OPPORTUNITIES

Sports, Festivals, Conventions + Citywide Events.

Bengals + NFL Game Days

Bengals game days concentrate fans around Paycor Stadium, The Banks, downtown parking, hotels and Northern Kentucky. That creates strong windows for mobile OOH, sponsored rides, hospitality support and brand activations before kickoff and again when the stadium empties.

Reds + Great American Ball Park

Reds games create recurring riverfront traffic through Great American Ball Park, The Banks and downtown. Baseball's longer home schedule also gives brands more opportunities to build targeted game-day programs instead of waiting for one annual event.

FC Cincinnati + TQL Stadium

FC Cincinnati gives the market another recurring professional-sports audience, this time centered near the West End and Over-the-Rhine. Supporter traffic, bars, restaurants and pregame movement create a different street pattern than the riverfront - and a useful one for mobile media.

Oktoberfest Zinzinnati

Oktoberfest Zinzinnati is exactly the kind of event Kween Cab is built around: a massive public crowd, long operating windows, sponsors, food and beverage traffic, and people moving through a concentrated outdoor footprint. The Cincinnati Regional Chamber's event drew more than 800,000 attendees in 2025 and returned to Sawyer Point and Yeatman's Cove for its 50th anniversary in 2026.

For a sponsor or agency, the opportunity is larger than another fixed sign inside the festival. Branded pedicabs can extend visibility into the arrival, hotel, restaurant and nightlife traffic around the event while sponsored rides create something people will actually use.

BLINK

BLINK is a citywide light, art and projection event spanning more than 30 blocks from Over-the-Rhine through downtown Cincinnati and into Covington. That distributed footprint is almost purpose-built for moving media: the audience is not standing in one venue; it is walking from installation to installation across multiple neighborhoods and both sides of the river.

Taste of Cincinnati + Chamber Events

Taste of Cincinnati, Asian Food Fest and other Cincinnati Regional Chamber-produced events create additional high-volume public weekends downtown. These are sponsor-friendly environments where branded mobility, sampling, street teams and useful transportation can plug into an existing event experience rather than compete with it.

Flying Pig Marathon + Riverfest

The Flying Pig Marathon and Riverfest bring their own major crowd patterns, from race-weekend movement and hotel traffic to riverfront viewing, parking and post-event congestion. The operating plan changes by event, but the media principle does not: position the brand where the crowd has to move.

CONVENTION ADVERTISING

The Downtown Convention District Is Back in Play.

Cincinnati's downtown convention center reopened in January 2026 as the First Financial Center after a major redevelopment. The refreshed district now includes the adjacent two-acre Elm Street Plaza, creating new outdoor space for receptions, activations, food trucks and event programming.

For exhibitors, sponsors and agencies, that gives Cincinnati a stronger street-level convention opportunity than it had during the construction period. Attendees move between the Center, downtown hotels, restaurants, Fountain Square, The Banks and after-hours destinations - exactly the kind of short-distance movement where sponsored rides and mobile OOH can stay visible.

Kween Cab can support convention programs with branded pedicabs, free attendee rides, hotel-to-event movement, street teams, sampling, QR engagement and proof-of-performance appropriate to the campaign.

SPONSORED RIDES

Turn the Walk Into the Brand Experience.

Cincinnati creates a lot of trips that are technically walkable and still annoying when the crowd gets thick: hotel to convention center, OTR to downtown, parking to stadium, stadium to restaurant, riverfront to nightlife, or Cincinnati to a nearby destination across the river.

A sponsored ride turns that friction into utility. The sponsor covers the trip. The guest gets somewhere faster. The brand gets more than a passing impression.

MOBILE OOH

The Billboard Should Be Where the Crowd Is Going Next.

Wrapped or branded pedicabs can move through downtown event corridors, stadium approaches, convention traffic, entertainment districts and approved festival areas. Full or partial wraps, wheel covers, driver apparel, QR codes and campaign-specific creative turn the vehicle into a street-level media asset that moves with the audience.

That matters in Cincinnati because the useful audience can change block by block and hour by hour. A game-day crowd is not the same as a convention crowd. BLINK is not Oktoberfest. OTR at night is not the riverfront before kickoff. The deployment should change with the opportunity.

STREET TEAMS + SAMPLING

Put People Behind the Moving Media.

Street teams can support Cincinnati programs with product sampling, promotional distribution, QR engagement, directional support, ride pickup, guest assistance and event-specific messaging. Around larger festivals or conventions, the team can connect a moving pedicab campaign back to a booth, sponsor zone, hospitality program or fixed activation.

FOR BRANDS, AGENCIES + EVENT PRODUCERS

Plug Into the Program You Already Built.

Kween Cab can work directly with brands, sponsors and organizers or fit into a larger experiential, media, hospitality or event-production plan. The assignment can be awareness, transportation, sampling, hospitality, activation traffic, QR engagement or simply staying visible outside the venue.

The strongest programs are not built around the fact that pedicabs exist. They are built around where the audience is going, what the sponsor is trying to accomplish and which pieces of the city actually matter during that window.

PROOF OF PERFORMANCE

Show What Happened on the Street.

Depending on the campaign, reporting can include ride counts, route activity, GPS route data, photography, activation notes, QR engagement and other proof-of-performance elements appropriate to the program.

The client should leave Cincinnati with something more useful than, 'The cabs looked busy.'
