GEORGIA WORLD CONGRESS CENTER / ATLANTA

ATLANTA BRINGS THE CROWD. PUT YOUR BRAND IN THE MIDDLE OF IT.

The Georgia World Congress Center sits inside one of the most concentrated event districts in the country: more than 4 million square feet of convention space, a directly connected headquarters hotel, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Centennial Olympic Park, State Farm Arena, downtown hotels, restaurants, parking and attractions all feeding the same pedestrian ecosystem.

That is exactly where pedicab advertising makes sense. Kween Cab can build mobile OOH, sponsored ride and street-level activation programs around the movement that happens before the doors open, after the show closes and everywhere attendees go in between.

THE BIG SHOWS AT GWCC

This is where Atlanta gets interesting.

GWCC is not valuable because it is a big building. It is valuable because some very big audiences keep showing up there. These are the kinds of shows where exhibitors and sponsors are already spending heavily to be noticed - and where extending the campaign outside the booth can make the investment work harder.

IPPE - INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTION & PROCESSING EXPO

IPPE is one of the largest trade shows in the United States and the world's largest annual event of its kind for the poultry, egg, meat and animal-food industries. The 2026 show drew about 33,000 registered attendees and 1,375 exhibitors across 662,000 square feet of exhibit space. That is a dense concentration of buyers, operators, engineers and executives moving through downtown Atlanta for several days. Sponsored rides between hotels, meetings and the convention center give exhibitors a useful way to stay visible outside the hall instead of becoming booth number 4,000-something in someone's memory.

MODEX

MODEX turns GWCC into a giant live demonstration of manufacturing, logistics, robotics and supply-chain technology. The 2026 show featured more than 1,000 solution providers, hundreds of education sessions and a buyer audience specifically there to evaluate new systems and suppliers. For exhibitors selling high-consideration products, mobile OOH and sponsored transportation can keep the brand working during the parts of the day when the booth cannot - hotel departures, lunch runs, dinners, receptions and the walk back after a very long day of conveyors and robots.

IWF ATLANTA - INTERNATIONAL WOODWORKING FAIR

IWF is one of North America's major woodworking and manufacturing trade shows. Its 2024 edition drew an estimated 26,000 attendees and nearly 1,100 exhibitors across more than 1 million square feet, and the 2026 show again brought 900+ exhibitors to GWCC. This is exactly the kind of huge B2B floor where exhibitors benefit from visibility beyond their assigned square footage. A branded pedicab cannot make a CNC machine smaller, but it can make the company selling it much easier to remember.

MOMOCON

MomoCon brings a completely different audience - and an enormous one. The 2026 event welcomed more than 67,000 attendees for four days of gaming, animation, comics, cosplay and fandom. For consumer brands, entertainment companies and sponsors, this is a visually loud environment where passive advertising can disappear fast. Branded rides, street teams, QR activations and highly visible pedicabs fit naturally into a crowd that is already moving, photographing, sharing and looking for the next thing to do.

ANIME WEEKEND ATLANTA

Anime Weekend Atlanta is the Southeast's largest anime convention and is expecting roughly 36,000 attendees for its 2026 edition at GWCC. It runs across multiple days and deep into the evening, with concerts, gaming, cosplay, vendors and programming that keep people circulating well beyond standard trade-show hours. That creates a wider activation window for brands that want to be useful, visible and part of the event energy rather than another logo on a wall.

CHEERSPORT NATIONALS

CHEERSPORT takes over GWCC with more than 20,000 athletes each season, plus coaches, families and spectators. It is a multi-day crowd with extremely predictable movement around hotels, competition sessions, food, parking and downtown destinations. For family, wellness, beverage, restaurant, telecom, travel and consumer brands, the opportunity is not subtle: there are a lot of people, they are moving all day, and plenty of them would happily accept a ride.

DISCOVER BOATING ATLANTA BOAT SHOW

The Atlanta Boat Show is the region's largest and longest-running boating event, bringing consumers to GWCC to shop boats, equipment and the boating lifestyle. It is a different kind of audience from a B2B expo, which is exactly why it belongs on this list. Consumer-facing brands, dealers and sponsors can use pedicabs, sampling and street-level promotion to extend visibility into the downtown arrival and departure experience.

THE CAMPUS IS PART OF THE MEDIA PLAN

The show floor is only one piece of the audience journey.

GWCC sits beside Mercedes-Benz Stadium and Centennial Olympic Park, with the 976-room Signia by Hilton Atlanta directly connected to the convention center. State Farm Arena, downtown hotels, restaurants, parking and major attractions are all part of the surrounding hospitality district.

That creates something most convention centers do not have at this scale: a compact mix of convention, sports, entertainment and tourism traffic feeding the same area. A campaign can be designed around the routes and moments that matter for a specific show instead of treating the building entrance as the beginning and end of the audience.

MOBILE OOH

Do not let the booth do all the work.

Branded pedicabs can circulate through approved high-traffic areas around the convention district, keeping an exhibitor or sponsor visible before attendees reach the hall and after they leave it. Vehicle graphics, panels, wheel covers, QR codes and driver apparel can turn the fleet into a moving extension of the campaign.

The advantage is simple: the media moves. If the crowd shifts, the campaign is not bolted to a wall wondering where everybody went.

SPONSORED RIDES

A useful brand interaction beats another impression.

Convention attendees spend days walking enormous campuses, moving between hotels, exhibit halls, meals, meetings and evening events. Sponsored rides let a brand step into that routine with something immediately useful.

The sponsor covers the ride. Attendees ride at no charge within the campaign footprint. The pedicab remains visible as mobile OOH, while the passenger gets a much more memorable interaction than a passing banner or another tote bag.

For shows such as IPPE, MODEX and IWF, that can mean targeting professional attendees moving between the convention center and surrounding hospitality destinations. For MomoCon, AWA or CHEERSPORT, it can become a high-energy consumer activation built around convenience, visibility and shareable moments.

STREET TEAMS + SAMPLING

Sometimes the cab gets the attention. The people finish the job.

Street teams can support product sampling, promotional distribution, QR engagement, directions, pickup coordination or a larger experiential program. Paired with branded pedicabs, the campaign gets both movement and human interaction instead of forcing one asset to do everything.

That is especially useful for consumer-heavy events such as MomoCon, Anime Weekend Atlanta, CHEERSPORT and the Atlanta Boat Show, where the audience is spending more time outside traditional booth-to-booth business routines.

FOR EXHIBITORS, SPONSORS + AGENCIES

You already paid to get the audience to Atlanta. Keep working once they leave the booth.

Exhibitors can use mobile OOH to extend booth visibility, sponsored rides to create a branded attendee benefit, or street teams to drive scans, sampling and traffic. Sponsors can turn transportation into part of the event experience. Agencies can plug pedicabs and street-level execution into a broader media or experiential plan without treating the operation as a separate creative universe.

The right campaign depends on the show, the audience, the surrounding traffic and what the brand actually wants people to do. We would rather build around that than sell the same package to everyone.

PROOF OF PERFORMANCE

Nice photos are good. Knowing what happened is better.

Depending on the program, Kween Cab can support campaign reporting with ride counts, route activity, operating notes, photography, video and other proof-of-performance appropriate to the activation. A sponsored ride program should not be measured the same way as a sampling campaign or mobile billboard fleet, so the reporting should match the job.

PLANNING A CAMPAIGN AT GWCC?

Tell us the show. We will help figure out the street.

Send us the event, dates, audience, campaign objective and what you already know about the activation. We can help shape the right mix of mobile OOH, sponsored rides, street teams and branded vehicles around the opportunity.

You do not need to arrive with the routing, fleet size and pickup plan already solved. That is part of the work.

Kween Cab is not affiliated with the Georgia World Congress Center, GWCCA, or the events named on this page unless explicitly stated in a specific campaign.
