Tell Us Where the Crowd Is Going.
We will figure out how the brand gets in front of it.
Kween Cab builds mobile OOH, sponsored ride and street-level activation programs around conventions, professional sports, festivals, race weekends and other high-traffic events. If you already know the city, event and dates, that is usually enough to start the conversation.
START WITH THE BASICS
You do not need a finished media plan before reaching out. The most useful inquiries give us enough context to understand the crowd, the geography and what the campaign needs to accomplish.
- City / Market
- Where the campaign will run.
- Event / Venue
- Convention, game, festival, race weekend, venue or district.
- Dates
- Exact dates if known, or the general event window.
- Campaign Goal
- Awareness, sponsored transportation, sampling, hospitality, lead generation or another objective.
- Campaign Type
- Mobile OOH, sponsored rides, street teams, sampling or a combination.
- Scale
- Approximate number of pedicabs, shifts or activation days if already known.
- Branding
- Wraps, panels, wheel covers, driver apparel, QR codes or other creative needs.
- Reporting
- Ride counts, route tracking, GPS, heat maps, photos or field reporting.
- Budget / Range
- Helpful if available. Not required to start.
WHAT WE CAN BUILD
- Mobile OOH campaigns using branded pedicabs moving through high-value event traffic.
- Sponsored ride programs that turn the media into something attendees can actually use.
- Street teams, sampling and promotional distribution around event districts.
- Agency execution support including fleet, drivers, routing, staging, field coordination and reporting.
- Campaigns around conventions, professional sports, festivals, motorsports and citywide events.

BUILT FOR AGENCIES, BRANDS + EVENT TEAMS
Some clients come to us with a finished plan and simply need reliable street-level execution. Others come with a venue, a date and a rough idea. Both are fine. We can help determine whether the strongest play is mobile OOH, sponsored rides, sampling, street teams or a mix of formats based on how people actually move through the event environment.
The earlier we understand the event footprint, the better we can think through routing, fleet, branding and field logistics before the street gets complicated.
NOT SURE IF PEDICABS FIT THE EVENT?
Send the city, event and dates anyway. We would rather tell you quickly that the format is a bad fit than force a campaign into a market where it does not make operational or media sense.
GOOD FITS TEND TO HAVE
- Large pedestrian volumes.
- Hotels, restaurants, parking, transit or hospitality spread around a district.
- Sponsors or exhibitors trying to extend visibility beyond a fixed booth or venue.
- Attendees who need to move between event touchpoints.
- A reason for the brand to be useful, visible or both.
