Big Crowds Are Good. Big Brand Budgets Are Better.
Kween Cab builds mobile OOH, sponsored-ride, street-team, and experiential campaigns around major events where brands are already spending heavily to be seen. The best opportunities are not simply the events with the largest attendance. They are the ones with sponsor density, hospitality, activations, valuable audiences, and people moving through a larger city or event district before and after the main attraction.
That is the filter behind the event markets below. These are environments where the street can become part of the media plan.
RodeoHouston is a multi-week sponsor ecosystem, not a one-day crowd. The event combines millions of visits, corporate hospitality, concerts, exhibitions, food and beverage, western lifestyle brands, financial services, automotive, telecom, retail, and a deep roster of activity and event sponsors. That makes it one of the strongest recurring OOH and experiential opportunities in the Kween Cab footprint.
For the right sponsor or agency, pedicab advertising and sponsored rides can extend the campaign beyond a booth, tent, hospitality suite, or stadium gate and into the surrounding movement of the event.
SXSW is one of the cleanest street-level advertising environments in the country because the event is distributed across downtown Austin. In 2026, SXSW reported 498,952 total participation across its conferences and festivals, and the official event actively sells brand activations, custom events, partner programming, media houses, and other sponsor experiences.
The audience moves constantly between hotels, venues, lounges, restaurants, showcases, meetings, and branded houses. That movement is the opportunity.
ACL combines a giant music audience with a serious national sponsor roster and two full festival weekends. American Express, T-Mobile, Miller Lite, Snap, Hulu, AWS, Coke, Lyft, Salesforce, Allianz, Patron and other major brands were partners in 2026.
The festival itself is only one piece of the footprint. Hotels, downtown nightlife, aftershows, hospitality, transportation, restaurants, and the movement toward and away from Zilker Park give brands additional places to stay visible.
Different Audiences. Same Reason to Get Out of the Booth, Tent, or Hospitality Suite.
FORMULA 1 UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX | AUSTIN
Formula 1 brings a global sponsor ecosystem, premium hospitality, automotive, technology, financial services, luxury, beverage, travel, and consumer brands to Austin. Kween Cab has worked major-event traffic at Circuit of The Americas since 2013, giving this page a real operating-history connection instead of a theoretical one.
The Daytona 500 sits inside one of motorsports' deepest sponsor environments. Race week draws national brands, corporate hospitality, fan activations, team partners, manufacturers, and a large concentration of visitors across Daytona Beach. It is close enough to the Orlando operating footprint to be strategically relevant without pretending Daytona is an Orlando event.
Lollapalooza is a four-day Grant Park festival with 170+ artists across eight stages and a sponsor roster packed with national brands. In 2026 that roster included T-Mobile, Toyota, Chase, Google Shopping, Snapchat, Airbnb, PayPal, Coke, ULTA, Dunkin', Uber and many others. The surrounding downtown, hotel, nightlife, and lakefront traffic gives the campaign room to extend beyond the festival gates.
The Chicago Marathon is not only a race. It is a multi-day brand environment built around the expo, hotels, hospitality, training and running brands, financial services, health, nutrition, footwear, and a citywide course. The movement pattern is distributed across Chicago, which makes the event particularly relevant for mobile OOH and supporting street teams.
Charlotte's Memorial Day race weekend brings NASCAR fans, sponsors, manufacturers, hospitality programs, concerts, fan zones, and branded experiences to the region. The event has repeatedly sold out in recent years and fits naturally with a media format that can work the surrounding arrival, hospitality, and fan environment.
Art Basel Miami Beach is smaller by raw attendance than many sports events, but the commercial value of the audience is unusually high. The 2025 show drew more than 80,000 attendees and a partner roster spanning UBS, Qatar Airways, Audemars Piguet, NetJets, BMW, Samsung, Four Seasons, Marc Jacobs, Airbnb, Sotheby's International Realty and other luxury, travel, finance, design, real-estate and technology brands.
The bigger opportunity is Miami Art Week as a distributed citywide environment: fairs, galleries, hotels, dinners, pop-ups, parties, private events, and sponsor experiences across Miami and Miami Beach.
The NFL Draft moves from city to city, but the commercial model is consistent: enormous fan attendance, league sponsors, team activations, hospitality, fan zones, media, and a host-city footprint built around multiple days of programming. Because the host changes, this should be treated as a current-year sales opportunity rather than tied permanently to one Kween Cab market.
The National Cherry Blossom Festival is an intentional out-of-market target because the event stretches across four weeks and engages more than 1.5 million attendees annually. Its sponsorship program is built around citywide visibility, public programming, parade activity, cultural events, and a distributed visitor footprint rather than a single gated venue.
The Audience Is Already There. The Brand Still Has to Reach Them.
Major events compress valuable audiences into predictable windows. Sponsors, agencies, exhibitors, hospitality teams, and consumer brands are already spending to be part of the moment. The challenge is extending that investment beyond the fixed footprint.
Pedicabs can function as mobile billboards, sponsored transportation, hospitality, directional support, and a street-level interaction point. Street teams can add sampling, QR engagement, product distribution, ride support, and direct conversation. The exact mix should follow the event, the audience, and what the brand is trying to accomplish.
BUILT AROUND THE EVENT
Not Every Crowd Needs the Same Campaign.
A RodeoHouston program should not look like SXSW. A Formula 1 hospitality campaign should not operate like a marathon. Art Basel has a different audience and movement pattern than Lollapalooza. That is why Kween Cab scopes event programs around the actual opportunity: dates, audience, sponsor objective, geography, access, fleet requirement, and the moments when the crowd is most valuable.
In core Kween Cab markets, campaigns can draw on existing market knowledge and operating relationships. For approved out-of-market events, deployment is evaluated specifically around the opportunity rather than implying permanent local operations.
WHAT WE CAN BUILD
Mobile Media, Transportation, People, or a Mix.
Campaigns can include branded pedicabs, full or partial wraps, panels, wheel covers, sponsored rides, driver branding, street teams, product sampling, QR engagement, hospitality transportation, event-specific routing, and proof-of-performance reporting.
The right package is the one that makes the brand more visible and more useful to the audience - without adding complexity the client does not need.
Send us the event, dates, target audience, and campaign objective. We can help determine whether the opportunity is best served by mobile OOH, sponsored rides, street teams, sampling, hospitality support, or a combination.
You do not need to arrive with the fleet size, route, or operating plan already solved. That is part of the job.
