CASE STUDY | CONVENTION MOBILE OOH
ICERTIS + SAP SAPPHIRE
Putting the Brand Directly Into Convention Traffic.
Icertis needed visibility during SAP Sapphire at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. Kween Cab deployed branded pedicabs around the convention district, turning attendee movement outside the hall into a mobile OOH opportunity that stayed visible between the venue, hotels and surrounding International Drive activity.
The booth was inside. The campaign kept moving outside.
THE CAMPAIGN AT A GLANCE

- SAP Sapphire | Orlando
- Environment
- Orange County Convention Center / International Drive convention traffic
- Kween Cab Role
- Branded pedicabs and fleet-based mobile OOH around attendee movement
THE CHALLENGE
Convention Attention Does Not Stop at the Booth.
At a major convention, attendees spend the day moving between sessions, hotels, restaurants, meetings, receptions and the exhibit floor. A booth can create a strong moment, but it cannot follow the audience once they step outside the hall. Icertis needed a way to extend visibility into that movement without relying on another static placement competing for attention.

THE EXECUTION
A Fleet That Moved With the Audience.
Kween Cab used branded pedicabs as mobile out-of-home units around the OCCC and International Drive convention district. Instead of waiting for attendees to encounter the message in one fixed location, the campaign moved through the same corridors the audience was already using between the convention center, hotels and surrounding destinations.
That gave Icertis a visible street-level presence beyond the exhibit hall and created repeated opportunities for attendees to encounter the brand throughout the event window.
WHAT THE CAMPAIGN CREATED
- Mobile OOH visibility around one of the country's largest convention districts.
- Branded vehicles positioned directly in attendee traffic outside the exhibit hall.
- Repeated exposure across hotel, convention-center and International Drive movement.
- A physical brand presence that could travel with the crowd instead of staying fixed in one media location.
- A campaign format that could be integrated with sponsored rides, QR engagement, driver branding or street-team support when the media plan calls for more than visibility alone.

WHY IT WORKED
The Audience Was Already Moving.
The value of convention mobile OOH is not that a pedicab can carry a logo. It is that the vehicle can occupy the same spaces where attendee movement, hotel traffic and event activity are already concentrated. For Icertis, that meant the campaign could continue working after attendees left the booth, crossed the bridge, headed to a hotel or moved through the surrounding district.
WHAT THIS PROVES FOR CONVENTION ADVERTISERS
Your Booth Does Not Have to Be Your Entire Footprint.
The Icertis campaign is a useful proof point for exhibitors, sponsors and agencies planning around large trade shows. Mobile OOH can extend a convention media plan outside the hall, reinforce booth visibility, support sponsored transportation, create additional street-level impressions and give a brand another way to stay present throughout the attendee journey.
The same model can be adapted for major conventions where the audience spills into hotels, restaurants, convention-center approaches and surrounding entertainment districts.

A STRONG FIT FOR AGENCIES + EXHIBITORS
Kween Cab can support agencies, exhibitors and sponsors that need a street-level layer around a convention campaign without building the operating piece themselves. Depending on the program, that can include branded pedicabs, sponsored rides, driver branding, street teams, sampling, QR integration, routing and proof-of-performance reporting.
