LOLLAPALOOZA ADVERTISING + SPONSORED RIDES
Four Days. Eight Stages. One Very Large Brand Opportunity.
Lollapalooza turns Grant Park into one of the country’s biggest branded live-event environments for four straight days. The music gets the headlines. For marketers, the bigger story is everything surrounding it: national sponsors, immersive activations, premium hospitality, downtown hotels, restaurants, aftershows and a huge audience moving through Chicago before and after the gates open.
Kween Cab helps brands extend that presence beyond the festival grounds with mobile OOH, sponsored pedicab rides, street teams, sampling and campaign support built around where the audience is actually moving.

LOLLAPALOOZA IS ALREADY A BRAND PLAYGROUND
The 2026 festival featured more than 170 artists across eight stages over four days in Grant Park. More importantly for advertisers, Lollapalooza’s official partner roster included T-Mobile, Bud Light, Airbnb, PayPal, Venmo, Hulu, Toyota, Chase, Snapchat, Google Shopping, Coca-Cola, Uber, Uber Eats, ULTA, Dunkin’, Motorola razr, Burberry and dozens of additional brands.
Those brands are not just hanging banners. Lollapalooza sells and produces immersive fan experiences: rides, sampling, lounges, photo moments, giveaways, cashless promotions and interactive branded environments. The audience is already conditioned to engage with sponsors. That makes the surrounding streets a natural place to keep the campaign moving.
THE OPPORTUNITY STARTS BEFORE THE GATES
Grant Park sits inside one of the busiest visitor districts in Chicago. Festivalgoers move between hotels, CTA stations, rideshare zones, restaurants, River North, the Loop, Michigan Avenue and the park throughout the weekend. The event itself runs from late morning through roughly 10 PM each day, and official aftershows extend the audience into venues across the city after the festival closes.
That creates multiple campaign windows every day: arrival traffic, afternoon movement, dinner and hospitality, post-festival exits and late-night aftershow traffic. A pedicab campaign can work before the audience enters Grant Park and keep working after the main stages go dark.

SPONSORED RIDES: TURN THE WALK INTO THE AD
Festival weekends create a familiar problem: people are tired, traffic is slow and every destination suddenly feels farther away. Sponsored rides turn that friction into something useful. The brand covers the ride. The passenger gets a break. The campaign gets an extended one-on-one impression instead of another glance at a sign.
Branded pedicabs can support movement among hotels, hospitality locations, restaurants, transit points, aftershows and other approved operating areas around the event district. The campaign becomes part of the attendee experience instead of simply competing for attention inside it.
MOBILE OOH THAT MOVES WITH FESTIVAL TRAFFIC
Static media stays where it was installed. Festival crowds do not. Pedicab advertising gives brands a mobile street-level asset that can reposition as traffic patterns change throughout the day.
Full passenger-area wraps, branded panels, wheel-cover branding, driver apparel and QR-driven calls to action can turn the vehicle into a highly visible moving piece of campaign creative. The objective is not to circle aimlessly. It is to place the media where the audience is concentrated at that moment.

STREET TEAMS + SAMPLING
Lollapalooza is also built for physical product interaction. The official festival itself features samples, giveaways and interactive brand experiences, which means attendees already understand the format. Kween Cab can support approved sampling, product distribution, QR engagement and ambassador programs in the surrounding event footprint, either as a standalone street team or integrated with the pedicab campaign.
FOUR DAYS CREATES FREQUENCY
One of Lollapalooza’s biggest advantages for advertisers is duration. Four consecutive festival days give a campaign time to build familiarity. The same attendee can encounter the brand on the way to the park, later around downtown, after the festival and again on another day of the weekend.
That repetition is particularly valuable for agencies and sponsors investing heavily in a physical activation inside Grant Park. Mobile OOH and sponsored rides can extend the same creative into the rest of the attendee journey instead of letting the campaign end at the gate.

BUILT FOR SPONSORS, AGENCIES + EXPERIENTIAL TEAMS
Kween Cab can work directly with brands, agencies, experiential firms and event partners. Campaigns can be structured around a defined footprint, operating schedule, branded vehicle count, sponsored-ride program, street-team component or a combination of all four.
The goal is simple: take an existing Lollapalooza campaign and give it more useful reach in the real-world places where festivalgoers are already walking, waiting and moving.
PROOF OF PERFORMANCE
For campaigns that require reporting, Kween Cab can provide route tracking, operating summaries, ride counts where applicable, campaign photography and other proof-of-performance documentation based on the activation plan.
