OUR WORK | MOBILE OOH + SPONSORED RIDES

Big Crowds. Real Streets. Brands That Need to Be Seen.

Kween Cab has spent years working where major events actually happen: outside convention halls, around stadiums and arenas, through downtown entertainment districts, across race-weekend campuses and in the middle of citywide festivals where audiences are constantly moving.

Our work is not built around one format or one kind of event. We help agencies, brands, sponsors and organizers extend campaigns into the streets with mobile OOH, sponsored rides, branded pedicabs, street teams, sampling, hospitality support and field reporting. The best environments have one thing in common: a lot of people, a lot of movement and a lot of reasons for a brand to be visible outside the venue.

Featured Work

These case studies show four different ways the same street-level model can solve very different campaign problems.

CONVENTION + TRADE SHOW OOH

Icertis + SAP Sapphire

Branded pedicabs extended exhibitor visibility beyond the convention floor and into attendee movement around the Orange County Convention Center and International Drive.

MOTORSPORTS + DESTINATION EVENTS

Circuit of the Americas

Experience at COTA since 2013 provides the kind of venue knowledge that matters when fan traffic, parking, hospitality and sponsor movement span a large event campus.

CITYWIDE FESTIVALS + BRAND ACTIVATIONS

Captain Morgan + SXSW

Ten branded pedicabs were prepared on a rapid timeline for SXSW, supporting free rides, VIP movement, mobile advertising, tablets and social support. The campaign also appeared in Guillermo Rodriguez's Jimmy Kimmel Live segment from Austin.

The Same Playbook Works Wherever the Crowd Gets Big

A case study does not have to carry the exact same logo, league or event name to prove the model. Agencies planning around similar environments are usually solving the same problems: how to create visibility outside the gates, move guests or VIPs, connect multiple activation points, reach people between venues and turn street-level traffic into measurable campaign exposure.

Professional Sports + Championship Events

Strong fits include regular-season game days, rivalry weekends, playoffs, championship environments, fan festivals and league tentpoles. Think NFL, MLS, NBA, MLB and NHL — plus Super Bowl week, the NFL Draft, NCAA Final Four, College Football Playoff, MLB All-Star Week and similar city-scale sports moments.

Conventions + Trade Shows

Convention campaigns work especially well when exhibitors, sponsors and agencies need reach beyond the booth. Relevant environments include IAAPA Expo, InfoComm, PGA Show, CES, NRF Retail's Big Show, RSNA, the National Restaurant Association Show, Dreamforce, AWS re:Invent, Salesforce Connections and other large shows with heavy hotel, restaurant and convention-district traffic.

Motorsports + Destination Weekends

Formula 1, NASCAR, MotoGP, IndyCar and destination race weekends create long operating windows, sponsor hospitality, parking challenges and repeated fan movement. Daytona 500, Coca-Cola 600, Indianapolis 500 and other marquee race weekends are natural fits for branded mobility and mobile OOH.

Festivals + Citywide Brand Moments

SXSW is the obvious proof, but the same logic applies to Art Basel / Miami Art Week, Lollapalooza, CMA Fest, Austin City Limits, large music festivals, major cultural festivals and any event where brand activity spreads across multiple venues, hotels, parties and public districts.

WHERE WE FIT

If the Audience Is Moving, the Campaign Should Be Too.

The common denominator is not the event category. It is movement. Kween Cab is strongest when the audience is flowing between parking, transit, hotels, restaurants, bars, hospitality, fan zones, exhibit halls, stadiums, venues and sponsor activations.

Campaign Formats We Can Support

  • Mobile OOH with fully or partially branded pedicabs.
  • Sponsored rides that turn advertising into something useful.
  • VIP and hospitality transportation between hotels, venues and private events.
  • Street teams, sampling and product distribution around high-foot-traffic districts.
  • Driver branding, wheel covers, QR codes and campaign-specific creative extensions.
  • Route planning, pickup strategy and field execution based on real pedestrian movement.
  • GPS route data, ride counts, photos, heat maps and proof-of-performance reporting where appropriate.

Built for Agencies, Brands + Event Teams

Kween Cab can plug into an existing media plan, sponsorship package or experiential program as the street-level execution layer. Agencies do not need to build a pedicab operation from scratch. We handle the vehicles, drivers, routing, operating plan and field logistics, then report back on what happened on the ground.

That makes the model useful for everything from one-night game-day activations to multi-week conventions, festivals and destination events.

Looking for Your Event?

If your event is not named above, that does not mean it is outside our lane. The best fit is simple: large audience, meaningful pedestrian movement, sponsor or agency budgets and a reason to extend the campaign beyond a fixed venue. If that sounds like your event, send us the city, dates, footprint and campaign objective. We can tell you quickly whether mobile OOH, sponsored rides, street teams or a combination makes sense.
