PEDICAB ADVERTISING + MOBILE BILLBOARDS

Put Your Brand Where the Crowd Is Moving.

A traditional billboard waits for people to pass it. A pedicab can go where the people are.

Kween Cab turns pedicabs into street-level mobile OOH that moves through the high-foot-traffic areas surrounding conventions, stadiums, festivals, concerts, races, and entertainment districts. Instead of sitting above the action or circling several blocks away, pedicabs can operate close to the pedestrian traffic brands are trying to reach.

The result is advertising that moves with the crowd, changes position as traffic shifts, and can become part of the event experience instead of simply sitting beside it.

WHY PEDICABS?

Small Vehicle. Very Useful Piece of Media.

Pedicabs occupy an unusual space in outdoor advertising. They are transportation, mobile media, and street-level interaction all at once.

Their compact footprint lets them work in environments where larger advertising vehicles are limited or simply too far removed from pedestrian activity. They can circulate along downtown streets, stage near event exits, move through entertainment districts, and reposition throughout the day as crowds build and disperse.

That mobility is the point. Your audience is not standing in one place all day. Your advertising does not have to either.

MOBILE OOH THAT FOLLOWS THE TRAFFIC

Go Where the Impressions Are.

Event traffic changes by the hour. Convention attendees leave hotels in the morning, crowd the venue during show hours, move toward restaurants and entertainment districts afterward, and eventually head back toward hotels, parking, and rideshare zones.

A pedicab campaign can move with those patterns. Vehicles can circulate through active areas, stage near pedestrian bottlenecks, and shift coverage as the crowd shifts.

That makes pedicab advertising particularly useful when a campaign is built around a specific event, venue, neighborhood, or audience instead of broad citywide exposure.

BRANDING OPTIONS

Build the Cab Around the Campaign.

Pedicab advertising can be configured around the creative, budget, location, and level of visibility a campaign needs.

Branding options can include passenger-area wraps and panels, upper-rail signage, branded wheel covers, driver apparel, QR codes, campaign messaging, promotional materials, and other custom elements depending on the vehicle and program.

A campaign can use one visual treatment across an entire fleet or combine vehicle branding with drivers, sampling, street teams, and sponsored rides for a larger activation.

The goal is not to cover every available inch just because we can. The goal is to make the brand obvious, readable, and hard to miss in the environment where the cab is operating.

WHERE IT WORKS

Pedestrian Traffic Is the Target.

Pedicab advertising performs best where large numbers of people are concentrated on foot and moving between predictable destinations.

CONVENTIONS + TRADE SHOWS — Around convention centers, hotels, restaurants, entertainment districts, and attendee transportation corridors.

SPORTING EVENTS — Outside stadiums and arenas, around parking areas, fan zones, restaurants, bars, and event approaches.

FESTIVALS + CONCERTS — Along pedestrian routes, event entrances, entertainment districts, and surrounding gathering areas.

RACES + LARGE-SCALE EVENTS — Where crowds move between parking, entrances, hospitality areas, and nearby destinations.

DOWNTOWN + ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICTS — In dense nightlife, dining, tourism, and pedestrian environments where repeated exposure matters.

In other words: give us a crowd and somewhere useful to move through it.

MORE THAN AN IMPRESSION

There Is a Person Driving the Billboard.

One of the biggest differences between a pedicab and most other OOH inventory is fairly obvious: somebody is operating it.

Drivers interact with passengers and pedestrians throughout the day. They answer questions, give directions, talk about the event, and become a visible human extension of the campaign when driver branding or brand messaging is part of the program.

For campaigns that need more engagement, pedicabs can also be paired with sampling, promotional distribution, QR-code activations, street teams, or sponsored rides.

A static billboard has many admirable qualities. Conversation is not one of them.

PEDICAB ADVERTISING + SPONSORED RIDES

Turn the Media Into Something People Can Use.

Mobile billboard campaigns can remain purely advertising-focused, but pedicabs can also become branded transportation.

With a sponsored ride program, the advertiser covers the ride and attendees ride for free. That turns the vehicle from an advertisement people see into a branded experience people actually use.

For campaigns where utility and engagement matter as much as visibility, sponsored rides can be layered into the same branded fleet.

The Street Does Not Care About the Media Plan.

A campaign can look perfect in a deck and still fall apart outside if the operator does not understand the environment.

Pedicab campaigns have to account for crowd movement, vehicle access, staging, event closures, driver deployment, equipment, routing, changing traffic patterns, and the thousand little things that happen once an event is actually underway.

Kween Cab has operated pedicabs at major conventions, sporting events, races, festivals, concerts, and entertainment districts for years. That operating experience is part of the product.

We are not just putting graphics on a vehicle and hoping it finds the crowd.
