ABOUT KWEEN CAB
Street-Level Experience You Cannot Fake.
Built in the crowd. Refined over years of conventions, game days, race weekends, festivals and brand activations.
Kween Cab started in Austin in 2008, originally operating as Red Devil Rides. What began as a local pedicab company grew into years of hands-on experience moving people and brands through some of the busiest event environments in the country. The vehicles matter. The branding matters. But the real value is knowing how the street actually works when tens of thousands of people show up at once.
That operating experience is what Kween Cab brings to agencies, sponsors, exhibitors and event teams today: branded pedicabs, sponsored rides, mobile out-of-home advertising, street teams, sampling and on-the-ground campaign execution designed around real crowd movement rather than a map drawn from a conference room.
BUILT ON REAL EVENT EXPERIENCE
Years in the field change how you plan.
Kween Cab has operated around major convention centers, professional sports districts, downtown entertainment zones, festivals and destination events. That includes more than a decade of experience around Circuit of the Americas and years of work around the Orange County Convention Center and International Drive in Orlando.
The advantage is practical. We understand that a campaign can fail even when the creative looks great if the vehicles are staged in the wrong place, the route ignores pedestrian flow, the pickup point is buried, the drivers are not briefed properly or the plan does not account for closures, security, transit, weather and the way a crowd changes over the course of the day.
A Few Environments We Know Well
- CONVENTIONS
- OCCC / International Drive, trade shows, exhibitor traffic, hotels and convention-adjacent hospitality.
- PRO SPORTS
- NFL, MLS and NBA game-day districts, arenas, stadium approaches, parking, restaurants, bars and fan movement.
- MOTORSPORTS
- Circuit of the Americas, Formula 1, race weekends, hospitality, parking and destination-event traffic.
- CITYWIDE EVENTS
- SXSW-style distributed activations, festivals, nightlife districts and brand moments spread across a city.
WHAT KWEEN CAB ACTUALLY DOES
Execution lives in the details.
Depending on the campaign, Kween Cab can provide the vehicles, branding, drivers, routing, sponsored-ride structure, sampling support, street-team execution and proof-of-performance reporting. Programs can be built as pure mobile OOH, a useful transportation experience, a direct brand interaction or a combination of all three.
- Branded pedicabs and mobile OOH positioned around high-value pedestrian traffic.
- Sponsored rides that turn media into something the audience can use.
- Street teams, sampling, QR engagement and campaign-specific field instructions.
- Route tracking, ride counts, photos, GPS data, heat maps and field reporting when appropriate.
- Agency-facing execution support for campaigns that need a local street operator without another layer of complexity.

THE DIFFERENCE IS THE STREET KNOWLEDGE
Anyone can wrap a vehicle. Not everyone knows where it should be.
Mobile media only works when it is mobile in the right places. Kween Cab plans around the parts of an event that are easy to miss from a distance: where rideshare backs up, which garage empties first, where attendees naturally pause, which hotel entrances matter, when one side of a venue suddenly goes dead and where the crowd shifts after the main event ends.
That is why the company is especially useful for experiential agencies, media buyers and brand teams. Creative strategy may start in an office. Street execution does not. Kween Cab exists to bridge that gap.
The media plan can be national. The execution still happens one block, one crowd and one driver at a time.
BUILT TO WORK WITH AGENCIES
Kween Cab is comfortable operating as the street-level execution partner inside a larger campaign. The agency or brand can own the strategy, creative and broader media plan while Kween Cab handles the moving pieces on the ground: vehicles, drivers, routes, rider experience, field adjustments and reporting.
That model has supported brand work around professional sports, SAP Sapphire, Circuit of the Americas, SXSW and other high-traffic environments where the campaign needed more than a static placement.

BUILT FOR BIG CROWDS. FLEXIBLE ENOUGH FOR THE WEIRD STUFF.
Not every opportunity fits neatly into “convention,” “sports” or “festival.” Sometimes it is a product launch, a takeover, a sponsor hospitality program, a nightlife push, a VIP transportation layer or a street activation that has not been done before. That is fine. Kween Cab has spent years solving logistical problems in public-facing environments where plans change quickly and the crowd does not care about the original deck.
THE KWEEN CAB APPROACH
- Start with the audience movement, not the vehicle.
- Build the route and operating plan around the event as it actually functions.
- Make the brand visible, useful or interactive whenever possible.
- Give drivers clear campaign instructions and enough flexibility to react in the field.
- Report what happened after the campaign so the client has more than a few pretty pictures.
PLANNING SOMETHING BIG?
Tell us the city, venue, event, dates and what the brand is trying to accomplish. If pedicabs, sponsored rides, mobile OOH, sampling or street-level support make sense, we will help build the right execution around it.
